Kolter Urban is launching its first foray into Atlanta with condominium tower Graydon Buckhead, located at 2520 Peachtree Road, according to a press release Monday.
Construction on the 47 residences will begin in early-2020 with expected completion by mid-2022.
“Similar to projects we have developed in other downtown markets across the Southeast, we see great potential for residential growth in Atlanta and are looking forward to delivering luxury residences offering access to the best Buckhead has to offer,” Bobby Julien, chief executive officer of the Kolter Group, said in the release.
At 22 floors tall, Graydon Buckhead will feature views of the Buckhead, Midtown and Downtown skylines as well as the area’s historic tree-lined neighborhoods.
In addition to one 5,850 square-foot four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath penthouse, there will be two- and three-bedroom homes ranging from just over 2,100 to 3,600 square feet.
Amenities include valet and concierge services, a resort-style pool and spa, entertainment areas, formal and informal club rooms, fitness center with spin studio, green yoga lawn, newsroom, dog spa and park, and two guest suites.
Named for the prominent landowner Wesley Grey Collier, whose home was located on the west side of Peachtree Road south of Muscogee Avenue, Graydon Buckhead will be designed by Rule Joy Trammel + Rubio Architecture drawing influences from the classic homes of Buckhead, while keeping a modern aesthetic.
Integra Construction will serve as General Contractor for the project and Atlanta designer Susan B. Bozeman Designs will be the interior designer for common spaces and residential finishes.
Ansley Atlanta Real Estate will handle sales.
Under the Kolter Group, Palm Beach County, Florida-based real estate development and investment firm Kolter Urban has completed, or is in the process of developing, over $3 billion of residential projects including over 2,800 waterfront, water view and amenity-rich urban condominium and townhome residences.
